Questions about FreeAgent pricing

How much does FreeAgent cost?

£10 a month for unincorporated landlords, £19 for sole traders, £27 for partnerships and LLPs and £33 for limited companies, excluding VAT. Yearly prices are £100, £190, £270 and £330. New subscriptions get 50% off for the first 6 months or the first year.

Is FreeAgent free with NatWest?

Yes, with a NatWest, Royal Bank of Scotland or Ulster Bank business current account, for as long as you keep it. A personal current account does not qualify.

Is FreeAgent free with Mettle?

Yes, if you make at least one transaction a month on your Mettle account. The Mettle offer covers sole traders, landlords and limited companies, not partnerships.

Can landlords use FreeAgent for Making Tax Digital?

Yes. The unincorporated landlord plan includes MTD for Income Tax, and HMRC lists FreeAgent as ready for UK property income. Foreign property income is not supported yet.
